About The Position

Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers and provide service through the ordering process. The role also includes assisting with in-store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. The position pays an hourly base rate of $17.00. Schedules are flexible, and representatives work mostly weekends and evenings. The role offers the opportunity to learn in-store operations and potentially advance into management, including the Management Development Program.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows work in the United States.
Excellent communication skills.
Friendly and able to work well with others.
Able to work under the stress of a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Able to respond to customer concerns and follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Must understand that all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
Some computer experience is helpful.
