About The Position
Delivery Drivers are described as Domino’s Pizza ambassadors, delivering orders from the oven to customers’ doors. Drivers receive a base hourly wage of $17.00, plus earned tips paid in cash daily and mileage reimbursement. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries, with valid registration, insurance, and inspection in the applicant’s name.
- Valid U.S. employment authorization allowing work in the United States.
- Friendly attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to follow company policies and respond to customer concerns.
- Basic math skills and an outstanding customer-service attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
- Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
- Respond to customer concerns.
- Follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies and work together as a team.
- Answer all store calls after the first ring.
