About The Position
The Customer Service Rep prepares and serves high-quality Domino’s pizzas while providing prompt, helpful service to customers. The role includes taking orders by phone and in person, greeting customers within 10 seconds, handling payments, addressing customer concerns, and keeping the customer area clean. The representative also supports pizza makers with toppings and dough and carries out food preparation, hygiene, food safety, portion control, and general cleaning duties.
