About The Position

Patterson Pizza Company, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The representative serves as a customer-facing voice of the company, taking orders, answering questions, and helping ensure positive customer experiences.

The role involves taking phone orders accurately and efficiently; providing friendly service; answering questions about the menu, promotions, and delivery services; resolving customer concerns patiently; and working with the team to support smooth store operations. The position also requires following Domino’s pizza-making standards, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, and working with hustle and energy in a fast-paced environment.
