About The Position
The Customer Service Rep promotes Domino’s pizza products, specials, and promotions and provides quality customer service to internal and external customers in person and over the phone. The role follows Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards and contributes to a teamwork-focused, energetic, and fun atmosphere. The position also receives cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. Reliable transportation is needed to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Requirements

- Comprehend and use a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities
- Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.

- Respond with a sense of urgency to store phone lines and carryout customers.
