About The Position

Patterson Pizza Company, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The role involves taking accurate phone orders, answering questions about the menu, promotions, and delivery services, and helping customers have a positive experience. Representatives address customer concerns patiently and work with the team to support smooth store operations. The job also requires following Domino’s pizza-making standards, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, and working with hustle and energy in a fast-paced environment.
