About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as part of a Domino’s Pizza store team to prepare and serve pizzas and process customer orders. The role includes communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone, operating store equipment, stocking and preparing ingredients, receiving deliveries, completing inventory and paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The posting describes opportunities to advance from customer service to management and other roles.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old for in-store work; delivery work requires being at least 18.
• Understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Meet the physical demands described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Handle deliveries and supplies that may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage.
• Perform other store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and occasional sign or facility maintenance.
