About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives who answer telephone orders and prepare pizzas while providing friendly service. The role offers flexible hours and may be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to grow into management or other roles. Team members operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean the equipment and facility. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
• Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform work primarily while standing and to walk short distances for short durations.
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and place them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Ability to carry items including pizza sauce weighing up to 30 pounds and dough trays weighing approximately 12 pounds each.
• Ability to push or pull trays on a dolly, requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Ability to infrequently use stairs or a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move or store ingredients and supplies.
• Carry, push, or pull products and trays as needed.
• Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change sign prices, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
