About The Position
The Customer Service Representative supports store operations by providing friendly customer service and helping prepare and serve high-quality Domino’s pizzas. The role involves taking orders in person and over the phone, addressing customer concerns, handling cash, and keeping the customer area clean. The representative also assists pizza makers with dough and toppings and follows food-preparation, portion-control, hygiene, and food-safety practices.
