About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and personality. The role supports in-store pizza operations during busy periods and offers schedules that may accommodate school or other commitments. Team members may work part time or full time and can pursue advancement opportunities, including management. The position involves customer interaction and a range of in-store tasks, performed independently and with others while meeting quality standards. Work conditions may include adverse weather during outside tasks, temperatures ranging from refrigerated areas to hot work areas, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
• Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks and depth perception.
• Ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Ability to lift delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds and handle other supplies and trays as described.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service and other in-store tasks.
• Direct activities and perform repetitive tasks while meeting strict quality control standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively, including under stress and while dealing with people.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move and store ingredients and supplies.
• Carry, push, pull, and stock supplies and trays; occasionally climb stairs or a ladder for signs, cleaning, or maintenance.
• Prepare pizzas and handle related tools and equipment, including shaping dough and removing and cutting pizzas.
• Answer phones and perform other tasks requiring continuous reaching and hand use.
