About The Position

Customer Service Representatives at Domino’s Pizza process customer orders in person and over the telephone, prepare products, and assist with general store operations. Team members operate equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role may offer opportunities to advance into management or other positions within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for in-store work; must be at least 18 years old for delivery work.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and assist customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move product deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies on shelves.
• Follow quality control standards and work with team members to meet customer needs.
