About The Position

The Customer Service Rep processes customer orders in person and by telephone, prepares products, and performs general store duties. The role includes operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for career advancement within Domino’s, including progression to management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical demands described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter orders by computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move, carry, push, or pull supplies and trays as needed.
• Perform other store tasks, including taking orders and assisting customers in person and by phone.
• Be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
