About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to receive and process orders by phone and in person, prepare products, and perform general store-team duties. The role includes operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities to grow into management and other roles, and may be part-time or full-time. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Eye-hand coordination and the ability to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use; deliveries may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from deliveries in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and move items to shelves.
• Perform other general store duties, including removing trash and completing outside tasks as needed.
