About The Position

General Managers oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. They provide overall leadership and supervision of store operations and are accountable for achieving operational standards, maintaining food safety, supporting profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding of and ability to demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology, including POS and ATS systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards is preferred.
