About The Position

Customer Service Reps process customer orders and help with general store operations. They may work part time or full time, and on-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership. Team members work together to provide quality service and products in a fast-paced pizza store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous use of hands.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and store deliveries, including lifting and stacking supplies.
• Perform other store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and maintaining signs or equipment.
