Requirements
- Valid phlebotomy certification or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient care.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform blood draws and other phlebotomy procedures with accuracy and care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow effectively.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and phlebotomy techniques.
