About The Position

Within the Loan Servicing Department, provide customer service to incoming customer calls and chats. Research and resolve customer issues, manage and resolve customer cases related to loan issues, and meet critical regulatory and company deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

• Banking or call center experience highly preferred.
