About The Position

Team Wow is hiring a customer service representative/expediter for a Domino’s Pizza store. The role serves customers, processes carryout and delivery orders, and supports food preparation and general store operations. Team members may work part-time or full-time, with schedules described as accommodating other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; use a calculator if needed.
Make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Meet quality control standards and work under stress, alone or with others.
Perform repeated tasks and make judgments and decisions.
Meet the described physical demands, including standing for most tasks, frequent reaching and hand use, and lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Expedite carryout and delivery orders to vehicles.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move, carry, push, or pull ingredients and supplies as needed.
Perform store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and occasional maintenance.
