As a Customer Service Rep (CSR) - Dispatcher, you will provide administrative and dispatch support for customers and field technicians. You will handle a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats, managing your time well as you prioritize multiple requests. Responsibilities include helping customers set up new accounts, navigate the website, or pay their bill, resolving problems proactively, and managing scheduling and dispatch duties in the office. You will provide accurate, detailed information about job orders to the crew and dispatch urgent service requests with patience and a cheerful demeanor. The role requires being a team player, being open to constructive feedback, and valuing ongoing training.
