This position will involve taking calls throughout the day regarding financial assistance applications. The role serves as an advocate for patients and their families, providing communication support, guidance, interpretation, and education on billing, claim status, and various customer-related inquiries. The representative will also assist patients with outstanding balances, resolving debit and credit account balances based on information gathered from insurers, physicians, hospital personnel, governmental agencies, and patients.
