Requirements
- P21 knowledge preferred
- Tooling knowledge preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
- Computer knowledge, in a Windows environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in customer service office setting preferred

Responsibilities
- Customer interaction via telephone, and/or, in person
- Entering customer orders in ERP (P21)
- Quoting customer pricing, both verbally and electronically
- Expediting customer orders and direct purchase orders when customer inquires
- Negotiating pricing with customers and vendors
- Answer incoming calls
- Handle some administrative duties
- Interaction with outside sales personnel
- Interaction with vendor representatives
- Pricing large spreadsheet type quote packages (Excel)
- Quick decision making ability
- Other duties, which may be assigned by manager
