The role involves providing administrative support for customers and field technicians, handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats, and managing time effectively to prioritize multiple requests. Responsibilities include setting up new accounts, assisting with website navigation, processing bill payments, proactive problem resolution, data entry for scheduling, providing accurate job order information, and dispatching urgent service requests.
