About The Position

Join the Titus Electrical Services team as a full-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) at our CO office. We're seeking an empathetic individual to provide excellent customer care and dispatch electrical technicians over the phone. This is an administrative job that allows you to enjoy weekends off and join an established company that treats its employees like family. The role involves providing administrative and dispatch support for customers and field technicians, handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats, and managing time effectively to prioritize multiple requests. Responsibilities include helping customers set up new accounts, navigate the website, or pay bills, proactively resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Data entry skills are utilized for managing scheduling and dispatch duties, providing accurate and detailed information about job orders, and dispatching urgent service requests with patience and a cheerful demeanor. The position requires being a team player, open to feedback, and valuing ongoing training.
