About The Position

MVM Moving & Storage is a fast-growing moving and logistics company with multiple locations across Ohio, Indiana, and Florida. We provide residential and commercial moving services with a strong focus on professionalism, communication, and customer experience. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to help support our daily operations and customers. This role is responsible for assisting customers throughout the moving process while supporting the operations team with scheduling, confirmations, problem-solving, and communication. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

  • Previous customer service, office, dispatch, logistics, or call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails
  • Schedule and reschedule moving jobs
  • Confirm customer inventory and scope of work prior to moves
  • Handle customer concerns and service-related issues professionally
  • Assist with claims handling and post-move follow-up
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations staff regarding schedules and logistics
  • Maintain accurate job notes and customer information within company systems
  • Follow up with customers regarding move details, updates, and confirmations
  • Help ensure jobs are executed accurately and efficiently
