About The Position

INCOM Manufacturing Group Ltd, a growing manufacturer of Industrial, OEM, and industrial safety compliance products, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service & Office Administrative Associate for our Industrial Products Division office in Ancaster, Ontario. This is a full-time (40-hours), weekdays role at our office location in Ancaster, ON.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
  • Proven analytical ability.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Adobe Acrobat DC.
  • Experienced in working with a CRM or equivalent sales management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with MS Business Central or other order processing software is an asset.
  • Strong ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of the working of an office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on projects and overcome obstacles.
  • Previous customer service and/or administrative experience preferred.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Order entry and client support for our industrial safety products, construction, and safety markings, for clients North America wide.
  • Administrative support for special projects and accounting-related functions.
  • Supporting a network of regional sales managers.
