About The Position

LaJoy Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused addition to the team that will focus on implementation, customer service and administration of a new program. It requires accuracy and professionalism to all employees, vendors and customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, maintains strong organizational systems, and provides exceptional customer service while supporting employees through processes and transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office products (Excel required).
  • Highly developed written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • This position requires a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative and customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional responses to questions from employees, vendors and clients.
  • Contact vendors regarding incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate documentation with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain a high level of service when returning calls and resolving payroll concerns.
  • Build positive working relationships through clear communication and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain and update multiple spreadsheets and tracking systems, including authorizations, documentation logs, and communication records.
  • Mail or email required documents and track outstanding paperwork to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
