  • Experience in childcare, education, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective and current families
  • Lead tours and help families through the enrollment process
  • Answer phones, emails, and parent inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Support family retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Maintain student records and enrollment documentation
  • Assist with marketing, community outreach, and events
  • Support center leadership with administrative and operational tasks
  • Create a welcoming, positive, and professional front-office environment
