About The Position

As a Leader at Coles Supermarkets, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations. You will be responsible for our checkouts and customer service desk, contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community. Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Maintain excellent service standards.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and safe for team members and customers.
