Requirements

Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required.
Extensive baking experience, particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
Customer obsessed.
Passion for quality and consistency.
Mentorship and Team Support: Looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a bakery department which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.
Coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
