About The Position

As a Leader, you’ll see the impact of your work connecting to customers and the communities we serve. Whether you’re in a store, distribution centre, manufacturing site or on the road, you’ll play an important part in how we achieve our purpose of helping Australians eat and live better every day. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the dairy department. You will lead, coach and develop the Dairy team to hit and exceed KPIs whilst driving engagement and delivering the best service and quality to our customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct/Indirect leadership experience as you’ll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the dairy department.
• Lead, coach and develop the Dairy team to hit and exceed KPIs.
• Drive engagement and deliver the best service and quality to our customers.
• Maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
• Drive a one team culture which puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first.
