About The Position

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to make lasting connections with our customers, ring up customer purchases in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner, problem-solve customer questions and/or concerns, sell Money Orders, Money Grams and Lottery tickets, and assist the Head Customer Service Manager with timely breaks, and employee start and leave times. They will also help maintain a clean and safe store and work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department. The role involves being part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.

  • Physical: lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds reaching, standing, turning
  • Equipment operation: scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine
  • Mental: judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math
  • Physical: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. squatting, stooping/bending, walking
  • Equipment operation: calculator
