Part Time Customer Service Manager
About The Position
This is a Part Time Union position with progressive pay up to $19.00/hour, depending on experience. The role involves making lasting connections with customers, accurately ringing up purchases, problem-solving customer inquiries, selling various items like Money Orders and Lottery tickets, assisting the Head Customer Service Manager with employee schedules, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. The position requires working collaboratively with the team to ensure an awesome department and being a reliable team member who arrives promptly and works as scheduled.
Requirements
- Individuals applying for this position should be willing to make lasting connections with our customers
- Ring up customer purchases in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner
- Problem solves customer questions and/or concerns
- Sell Money Orders, Money Grams and Lottery tickets
- Assist Head Customer Service Manager with timely breaks, and employee start and leave times
- Help maintain a clean and safe store
- Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
- Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled
