About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a high-volume call center supporting pension, healthcare, disability, and financial benefit programs. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, managing a fast-paced workload, and providing exceptional service over the phone. The work environment is a fast-paced call center supporting pension, healthcare, and financial assistance programs. It is a collaborative team environment with approximately 30 customer service representatives and dedicated leadership support. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, call center, or data entry experience preferred.
Experience in healthcare, medical, benefits, insurance, or financial services customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls (100-150+ calls per day) from clients and customers regarding pension, healthcare, disability, and financial benefits.
Provide outstanding customer service while accurately answering questions and resolving issues.
Enter and update customer information and detailed call notes in the database during live interactions.
Follow established call scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
Answer, direct, and manage incoming calls in a high-volume call center environment.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
