About The Position

Abakus School is a leading international school of neuromathematics and cognitive development for children aged 5-12, utilizing a blend of online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach. As the school expands across Europe, they are seeking to grow their support team to better serve families in English and Polish. The Customer Service Manager will act as a trusted point of contact for parents and teachers, handling inquiries from onboarding through course completion. Responsibilities include supporting clients via chat, email, and calls, managing schedules and account updates, communicating effectively in English and Romanian, resolving issues, anticipating needs, conducting check-in calls, handling feedback, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • High level of English and Polish (speaking & writing)
  • Russian language on a basic level (general understanding of speech in Russian)
  • Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms
  • Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
  • Great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure
  • Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer support or education is a bonus
