The Customer Service Manager will act as a trusted point of contact for parents and teachers, handling inquiries from onboarding through course completion. Responsibilities include supporting clients via chat, email, and calls, managing schedules and account updates, communicating effectively in English and Romanian, resolving issues, anticipating needs, conducting check-in calls, handling feedback, and maintaining accurate records.
