About The Position

M3 Global Research is seeking a Qualitative Interview Host to support the Market Research Project Management team. This role involves managing the day-to-day call operations for market research studies, ensuring timely project completion and client satisfaction. The company utilizes a platform called QualStage for remote qualitative research and also supports other platforms. The ideal candidate will assist with technical issues, prepare respondents, facilitate interviews, and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Multilingual in at least one of the following languages: Polish, Thai, and Asian languages.
  • Experience supporting customers with Qualitative online platforms preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites.
  • Proficiency with internet browsers including Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
  • Experience with Apple and Android mobile devices.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to communicate technical steps in a friendly and simplistic manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly solve problems as they arise and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and self-discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for technical platform issues for internal and external users.
  • Assess user technical support levels to provide appropriate and timely support.
  • Prepare respondents in advance to ensure they join scheduled interviews on time.
  • Facilitate the start of scheduled interviews and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Support moderator and interpreter trainings before project commencement.
  • Triage and communicate issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
  • Document technical issues and their resolutions to aid customers and improve internal processes.
  • Stay updated on product features and enhancements, providing internal technical guidance.
