Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
  • Ability to follow established processes while keeping projects moving and deadlines on track
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and present thoughtful solutions
  • A proactive, “let’s find a way” mindset—no task is too big or too small
  • Commitment to resolving customer needs and delivering a high-quality experience

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain customer information in Salesforce and other internal systems
  • Provide professional support to consumers by phone and email, helping answer questions and route issues appropriately
  • Learn IntelliScript procedures and applicable Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) guidelines to support a positive consumer experience
  • Assist with documentation, tracking, follow-up activities, and other operational tasks as assigned
