FM Meat Products LP is currently hiring for a Full Time Customer Service & Inside Sales position at our onsite location in Fort McCoy, FL. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or Manufacturing
- Minimum of seven years of relevant operations experience
- Minimum of three years in plant management
- Strong knowledge of the food and meat industry
- Understanding customer expectations
- Understanding USDA regulations
- Understanding OSHA guidelines
- Understanding environmental laws
- Proven track record of prioritizing employee safety
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand various grades, selections, and cuts of meat
- Experience in either wholesale or retail meat sales is a must
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Ability to achieve targets
- Strong listening and sales skills
