About The Position

This is a full-time, contracted position starting as soon as possible, located in Pacoima, CA. The role involves processing sales orders, entering sales quotes, and responding to customer email quote requests. The associate will assist the CSR team with customer order prioritization and management. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers daily, collaborating with other departments, and supporting aerospace-specific customer requirements, including compliance with industry standards like AS9100 and Nadcap. Proficiency in computer software, particularly Google Suite (Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), is required. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Inventory Management System (IMS) is preferred.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to review product requirements and assess feasibility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Google Suite (Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Google Suite preferred
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Inventory Management System (IMS) is preferred
  • Experience in inside sales or customer service
  • Experience managing customer quotes and entry level product portfolio questions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Suite a plus
  • ERP experience required (ex: SAP, NetSuite, X3, etc.)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Processing - Order Entry
  • Sales Quote Entry - Responding to customer email quote requests.
  • Assist CSR team with customer order prioritization and management.
  • Interacts with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Supports aerospace-specific customer requirements and proper management and reviews of documentation, training records, customer quality clauses and compliance with industry standards (AS9100, Nadcap etc.)
