This is a full-time, contracted position starting as soon as possible, located in Pacoima, CA. The role involves processing sales orders, entering sales quotes, and responding to customer email quote requests. The associate will assist the CSR team with customer order prioritization and management. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers daily, collaborating with other departments, and supporting aerospace-specific customer requirements, including compliance with industry standards like AS9100 and Nadcap. Proficiency in computer software, particularly Google Suite (Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), is required. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Inventory Management System (IMS) is preferred.
