About The Position
Momentum Manufacturing Group – Engineered Extrusions (MMG Extrusions), located in Franklin, NH, is a full-service, ISO 9001:2015 certified aluminum extrusion manufacturer. Offering 200,000 sq. ft. of production space, it provides world-class extrusion manufacturing, machining, fabrication and finishing services to support manufacturers across a range of industries. As a subsidiary of Momentum Manufacturing Group, the ninth-largest metal fabricator in the U.S., MMG Extrusions offers expanded capabilities through its regional footprint of facilities across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. The Inside Sales Rep will support customers throughout the aluminum extrusion process—from quote to delivery.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with EPICS or similar MRP systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand extrusion processes
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates
- Enter and maintain orders in EPICS and review drawings/specs
- Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and quality teams
- Track job progress, communicate lead times, and manage changes or expedites
- Assist with customer issues, complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions
