About The Position

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated, reliable Customer Service Facilities Agent. The primary responsibility is performing general construction, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks while maintaining daily productivity. The role reports to the Project Manager, Facilities.

The position involves maintaining and repairing airport facilities and grounds, completing work orders, and maintaining a steam boiler. Work takes place in an airport ramp environment with varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels. Some travel is required. The role may involve all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.

Employment is contingent upon a valid driver’s license and clear driving record, a 10-year Criminal History Records Check, and a drug screen as required. Applicants must provide proof of high school or GED completion and be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• General construction, plumbing, and electrical skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Proof of high school or GED completion.
• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the assigned terminal.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, carpentry, hardware, painting, flooring, and electrical work.
• Maintain airport grounds, including hangars, terminal and ramp areas, storage pods, parking areas, and offices.
• Remove snow and weeds.
• Complete daily maintenance of the steam boiler.
• Maintain daily productivity with little or no supervision.
• Complete daily work orders effectively.
