About The Position

As a Customer Service Coordinator for TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in a specific mode of transportation, such as Full-truckload, Less-Than-Truckload, or Drayage, and support daily shipment activities. You will provide direct support to sales representatives and help grow the company. The role is based at 6120 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota 55430. TQL is one of the largest freight brokerage firms in the nation, connecting customers with freight to be moved with carriers that have capacity. The company operates 24/7/365 and provides sales support teams that assist with accounting, after-hours calls, and specific needs. Requirements

One or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
Strong work ethic and a history of excellent attendance.
Strong verbal communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

Become the subject matter expert on administrative tasks related to aligned account(s).
Document and manage tasks in internal systems.
Schedule appointments and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
Help resolve shipping issues professionally.
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Support billing and payment processing as needed.
