About The Position
As a Customer Service Center Representative, you are responsible for providing excellent service to all our customers. You will assist customers with sales, in-store pickups and returns as well as address customer issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to all customers.
- Assist customers with sales, in-store pickups and returns.
- Address customer issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions.
