About The Position

Full-Time BDC Associate-Appointment Setter position available at Audi Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships. We have an immediate opening for a friendly, customer-focused professional to join our service team as a BDC Associate. In this vital role, you will be working to maintain and grow the service department customer base. You will accomplish this by responding to and reaching out to current and former service customers to schedule service appointments. We are a large volume store and need a strong candidate with previous BDC experience. Successful candidates will also be organized with a strong ability to follow-through, be organized, and have a pleasant personality. Requirements

Previous BDC experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly personality and the ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers.
Strong follow-through and organization.
Computer proficiency.
Proven track record as a BDC Associate.

Responsibilities

Taking and making calls to former and current clients to set up service appointments.
Performing other administrative duties as needed.
Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments.
Following up and maintaining relationships with former customers.
Determining each customer's needs by active listening.
Performing surveys with customers.
