About The Position

Join Hendrick Automotive Group's Luxury Customer Concierge Center as a Customer Service/BDC Representative, supporting prestigious automotive brands from a state-of-the-art corporate facility in Charlotte. This role is built on a culture of People Development and Servant Leadership, offering 12 weeks of paid training and opportunities for leadership development through internal promotion. The position involves being the first point of contact for customers of luxury dealerships, handling inquiries via phone, text, and email, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
  • Computer and email proficiency
  • A positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Availability Monday–Saturday within the 7:30 am–6:00 pm window
  • Must successfully complete a background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional concierge-level service via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule service and sales appointments for luxury dealerships
  • Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in the Dealership Management System
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development through Hendrick University
