About The Position

Breeze Thru Car Wash is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to deliver a convenient, consistent, and friendly customer experience. This active, hands-on role involves interacting with customers, supporting site operations, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming car wash environment. The role is outdoors and fast-paced, with opportunities for training, coaching, development, and internal advancement. Applicants must be willing to uphold the company’s Appearance Policy.

Requirements

Applicants must be willing to uphold Breeze Thru’s Appearance Policy.
Ability to stand for most of the shift, up to 98%.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to bend and walk, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs.
Ability to work near moving equipment in a loud environment.
Professionalism, friendliness, a positive attitude, and energy.
Ability to stay steady and positive under pressure, take ownership, follow through on commitments, ask questions, continue improving, and adjust when priorities or conditions change.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
Help customers understand and maximize the value of the Unlimited Wash Pass.
Support site operations through safety checks, equipment monitoring, and basic preventative maintenance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment.
Stay engaged and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented shift.
Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development opportunities.
