About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our event marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for working in fast-paced environments. The representative will interact directly with customers at live promotional events, deliver exceptional service, and help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sports environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service during promotional events and marketing campaigns.
  • Represent client brands in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner.
  • Communicate product information, promotions, and services clearly to customers.
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown .
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet campaign goals and performance targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
