About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our event marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for working in fast-paced environments. The representative will interact directly with customers at live promotional events, deliver exceptional service, and help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sports environments is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .
Positive attitude with a competitive, goal-driven mindset.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service during promotional events and marketing campaigns.
Represent client brands in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner.
Communicate product information, promotions, and services clearly to customers.
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown .
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet campaign goals and performance targets.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
