About The Position

Grease Monkey is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, honest, and fast service while learning automotive preventative maintenance. No mechanic certification or prior auto repair experience is needed; paid on-the-job training is provided. The role combines customer interaction, teamwork, and hands-on work in a fast-paced automotive shop.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer basic questions, and help ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
• Learn and perform automotive maintenance processes with experienced team members, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment and pit area.
• Communicate and work with teammates to provide fast, accurate, high-quality preventative maintenance.
