About The Position
The Customer Service Associate greets customers, promotes car wash products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, anticipates and addresses customer needs, and helps ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, shiny car. The role also involves hands-on site upkeep and working collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Associates should be open to feedback and learning, and available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
