About The Position

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa by greeting and serving customers. You are proud to be part of a beloved brand committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter. The role includes assisting customers, preparing food and beverages, operating the cash register, keeping merchandise stocked, and helping maintain a clean and safe store. The hourly range is $15.50–$19.25, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
Prepare breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
Operate the cash register and handle payments; activate fuel and gift cards; and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
Help keep stores clean and safe by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
