About The Position

The Customer Service Associate joins the team to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. The role assists customers with questions and recommendations; manages sales transactions at an assigned cash register; maintains cash security and protects company assets; stocks and recovers merchandise; receives merchandise and helps unload trucks; and replenishes stock according to productivity standards. The associate helps maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional, friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. The position also includes maintaining store cleanliness, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and keeping all areas neat and presentable. Other duties may be assigned. The job requires the ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds from floor level to above shoulder height and to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, as is prior customer service experience in a retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment. Requirements

Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
